Baby Boo-Bears Terms and conditions

Welcome to Baby Boo-Bears. We cant wait to have you in class. However there are just a few things to need to be aware of and agree to before you join us.

Missed sessions

Unfortunately it is not possible to carry over any missed sessions. This because when you book a space in class. You are not paying for the individual sessions. You are reserving that space for the term.

If a session is cancelled by the class leader, every effort will be made to reschedule the session. Only if this can not happen will a refund be offered.

If face to face sessions can not take place due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control (like a global pandemic) Sessions will be transferred online and will not be refunded.

Behavior in class

We go over and above to ensure our venues and equipment are safe for our babies and toddlers. However please supervise you child at all times during the session. The class leader will let you know when it is time to play with the equipment and when it is time to tidy away. While every effort is made to keep all equipment safe to mouth. That is not always possible so please always use your own judgement on this.

NO FOOD OR SNACKS to be consumed in the session (excluding Milk, Breast feeding and water) Our sessions can be very active and we want to avoid any risk of choking.

If Your child is feeling a little mischievous during the session, please make sure they don't disrupt the other children. We ask that you take them out of the room until they are feeling a little calmer to carry on.

Also please not, we do not care about tantrums! We have all been there!

Baby Boo-Bears accepts no responsibility for any accidents that occur during the session

Sickness

Please only come along to class if yourself and your child is feeling fit and healthy. Children have very little awareness of personal space, so could very easily pass on the illness to someone else. If you are not sure if your child is able to come to class. Please refer to the NHS website as we follow the same advice in our sessions. The NHS website - NHS (www.nhs.uk) We will ask you guys to go home and get some rest if we think you are to sick for class.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions will be debited from your card on the 1st of each month. If you join our class after the 1st of the month, a cover payment will be added to your account.

11 payments will be taken over the year. No payment will be taken in August.

Your subscription is ongoing. To cancel your subscription, one month notice period is required in writing to info@babyboo-bears.co.uk

if the 1st of the month falls inside your 1 month notice period. £28.00 will still be debited. No refund will be given if this occurs

Covid

Government guidelines will be followed at all times. However please understand that by coming along to sessions there is a chance of contracting covid19
