Baby Boo-Bears Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Baby Boo-Bears! We are thrilled to have you join us. Before starting, please take a moment to review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Missed Sessions

  • Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded. When you book a space in our class, you are reserving your spot for the term rather than paying for individual sessions.
  • If a session is cancelled by the class leader, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
  • In the event face-to-face sessions cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a global pandemic), sessions will move online and will not be refunded.

Behaviour in Class

  • We work hard to ensure our venues and equipment are safe and suitable for babies and toddlers. However, your child must be supervised at all times during the session.
  • The class leader will guide you on when it’s time to play with the equipment and when it’s time to tidy up. While we do our best to ensure all equipment is safe to mouth, we recommend exercising your own judgment.
  • No food or snacks are allowed during sessions (except milk, breastfeeding, and water). This minimizes the risk of choking during active play.
  • If your child becomes disruptive, we kindly ask that you step out of the room with them until they are ready to return calmly.
  • No worries about tantrums—we’ve all been there!

Note: Baby Boo-Bears is not liable for any accidents during the session.


Sickness Policy

  • Please only attend class if you and your child are feeling fit and healthy. As children often lack awareness of personal space, illnesses can easily spread.
  • If you’re unsure whether your child is well enough to attend, please refer to the NHS guidelines (available at www.nhs.uk). We follow the same advice in our sessions.
  • If we believe you or your child is too unwell to participate, we may ask you to return home and rest.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are debited on the 1st of each month. If you join after the 1st, a prorated payment will be added to your account.
  • Subscriptions include 11 payments per year. No payment will be collected in August.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew. To cancel, please provide one month’s notice in writing to info@babyboo-bears.co.uk.
  • If your cancellation falls within your notice period, the final payment of £28.00 will still be debited, and no refund will be issued.

COVID-19 Policy

  • Government guidelines will be followed at all times. However, by attending sessions, you acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19.
